REFLECTIVE

For there final outcome I had to choose 5 pictures, one of them had no be ‘main’ one. I chose a picture, which in my point of view portrays the topic of ‘independence’ and ‘freedom’ in the clearest way. I have to say that this idea came in my head in the deep night before day of the crit, I just understood how I can show what I mean. So in the morning just before exhibition I asked my partner to make a bit more photos to include this idea in my project which same out as the strongest one from my point of view. I aim not satisfied with the angle and use of colours, so I think I would like to develop this piece in a better quality with mire time spent on it. Other pieces touches the same topic, but show it in a different way. I think, if you take them separately, you won’t understand what they are communicating, but they are working together in a collection. Honestly, after the crit I was a bit dissapointed with my feedback, as it didn’t include much, I would like to receive bigger answers on asked questions, which would say what person feels about my pieces, why and maybe some criticism. Even though, I felt really delighted when I saw that person understood what I tried to communicate or came really close to it. I totally agree that I have to learn more about photography, experiment and practise to improve my skills, so my artworks will look stronger.
